Efficient Anti-Stokes Generation via Stimulated Raman Scattering in a H2-filled Hollow-Core PCF

Abstract

Forward stimulated Raman scattering is used to generate a strong anti-Stokes signal in a hydrogen-filled hollow-core photonic crystal fibre (PCF). Phase-matching is achieved using higher-order modes and is controlled with a spatial light modulator.
