Plasmonic Collimation and Beaming from LED Active Materials

Abstract

Plasmonic nanostructures consisting of an ultrathin Ag film supporting a nanoscale Ag grating are used to demonstrate strong collimation and beam steering of the radiation output of a multiple-quantum-well visible light emitting sample.
