Photonic crystal waveguide coupling analysis using swept wavelength interferometry

Abstract

Swept wavelength interferometry is used to analyze the group delay dependent coupling efficiency of photonic crystal waveguides. A direct comparison of slow-light coupling designs is made by measuring the transmission, group delay, and reflection.
