Abstract

We demonstrate a complete lab-on-chip sensor with high sensitivity through integration of plasmonic gold nanorod resonator arrays with silicon nitride (SiN) guided wave structures and SU8/PDMS microfluidic channels. We will demonstrate the sensing of different analytes at different concentrations with high sensitivity.
