Real-time Focusing of Light through a Multimode Fiber

Abstract

We report real-time focusing of light through a 25-μm-core, 0.1-NA multimode fiber by phase-only wavefront shaping, which results in 48% of the available energy converged into a single spot with a response time of 0.3 second.
