Broadband Parametric Frequency Combs with Sub-100-GHz Repetition Rates

Abstract

We demonstrate comb generation with spacings of 80, 40, and 20 GHz using cascaded parametric oscillation in silicon-nitride spiral microresonators. Our measurements indicate that the comb linewidth is due to fluctuations in the pump power.
