Abstract

We demonstrated an all-fiber, highly sensitive, and reversible oxygen sensors incorporating fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer (FFPI) coated with hemoglobin, the oxygen-transport metalloprotein, as an indicator. Sensing limit as low as 10 ppm was experimentally achieved.
