High Energy 4.1-4.6 µm Fe:ZnSe laser

Abstract

We report to the best of our knowledge the highest output energy (0.42J) of Fe:ZnSe operating at 4.14 µm. The lasing wavelength varied from 4.14 µm at 77K to 4.65 µm at 220K.
