Abstract

We have demonstrated a cryogenic Yb:YLF amplifier at 100-W average power and 10-kHz pulse repetition frequency (PRF). At 4.5 mJ, the pulses have a 2.2-nm bandwidth and have been compressed to 700 fs in duration.
