Table-top Time-resolved Extreme Ultraviolet Nano-holography Scheme

Abstract

We describe the implementation of a time-resolved high resolution Fourier holographic imaging system. Spatial resolution below 100 nm and temporal resolution of 1 ns may be achieved utilizing a compact table-top extreme ultraviolet laser.
