Narrow-Linewidth Chirped Frequency Comb from a Seeded Frequency-Shifted Feedback Ti:Sapphire Laser

Abstract

We study the coherence properties of a narrow-linewidth chirped frequency comb from a frequency-shifted feedback laser seeded by a phase-modulated sub-kHz-linewidth single-frequency fiber laser. A length-dependent, <20-Hz wide RF beat is observed.
