Optimally Chirped CARS Spectroscopy Using Fiber Stretchers

Abstract

High spectral resolution CARS spectroscopy is performed using a femtosecond laser system. By employing fiber stretchers for easy pulse delivery and for optimally chirping, the spectral resolution was improved by a factor >16.
