It was confirmed that both line-strength and linewidth of Nd:YAG depended on Nd3+-concentration. 30.9% decrease in stimulated emission cross section of 5.4at.% Nd:YAG ceramics at 1319 nm was estimated compared to 0.4at.% Nd:YAG ceramics.
