Electrically Reconfigurable Topological Bound-state Laser Array

Abstract

We demonstrate a topological bound-state laser array in a Su-Schrieffer-Heeger array with topological defect. It is shown experimentally that the phase transition exists between the topological bound and bulk state lasing by adjusting the gain.
