Abstract

We demonstrate an excitation of broadband epsilon-near-zero resonance in multi-layer conducting oxides grown by atomic layer deposition. Absorption bandwidth (>90%) of 214 nm for Berreman-mode and 294 nm for ENZ-mode in NIR region is realized.
