Abstract

Coulomb-bound states of mixed dimensionality (Crossed Excitons) are directly observed in In(Ga)As quantum dot/quantum well systems by coherent two-dimensional spectroscopy. The setup incorporates collinear geometry, inversion control by electrical carrier injection, and white supercontinuum pulses.
