In situ Real-Time Beam Monitoring with Dielectric Meta-Holograms

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate novel meta-holograms for laser beam monitoring. These devices project a portion of the beam power to a screen, allowing for real-time monitoring of laser beam properties - position, astigmatism, and spot-size.
