Plasmonic Nanoantenna of Hole-Sphere Nanogaps for Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering Sensor

Abstract

We report gap-dependent strong SERS enhancements and plasmonic couplings of hole/sphere nanostructures. The structure shows uniform sensitivity of less than 10% over the entire substrate, which comes from uniform narrow gaps over the substrate.
