Continuously-chirped grating formation by low-cost laser interference lithography for achieving tunable guided mode resonance filter

Abstract

A guided-mode-resonance filter based on continuously-chirped gratings is realized by a modified Lloyd’s mirror interferometer to provide a sharp transmission dip at the resonant wavelength that can be gradually swept across the visible spectral region.
