Abstract

High repetition rate high power picosecond laser is an urgent demand for the micro machining of transparent materials and other applications. Based on a fiber and bulk hybrid MOPA system, we demonstrate a 70-W average power laser at 1064nm with 1000-kHz repetition rate and 83-ps pulse duration.
