Optical Frequency Domain Reflectometry with Synthesized Frequency Sweeping Technique

Abstract

We develop a synthesized frequency sweeping technique to realize high spatial resolution using multiple small range sweeps for OFDR system. The principle of synthesized frequency sweeping is explained in theory and demonstrated by experiment.
