Abstract
Two approaches for constructing terahertz reconfigurable devices, namely: (i) graphene-only plasmonic structures, and (ii) graphene-metal hybrid metamaterials, are analyzed and compared from the perspectives of: quality factor, extinction-ratio, unit cell dimensions, and tunability range.
