Gate-Voltage Dependency of Förster Transfer in Graphene - Quantum Dot Photo Detection

Abstract

We have investigated a graphene field-effect transistor functionalized with quantum dots using time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy. Förster transfer allows the modelling of the energy transfer between dots and graphene as a function of the backgate voltage.
