Efficient Single Photon Collection based on Phased-Matched Microfiber-Microcavity Coupling

Abstract

Efficient fiber-coupled single photon sources are demonstrated based on phase-matched coupling between microfiber and linear photonic crystal cavity. Detected count rate over 1 MHz and fiber collection efficiency of 40% are obtained with Purcell enhancement.
