Spectral engineering of frequency combs using deposited waveguides

Abstract

Engineering of SiN waveguides for spectral tailoring of frequency combs is presented. Several dispersion designs are shown to give rise to spectra which are suitable for comb-based spectroscopy and difference frequency generation for self-referencing.
