Topologically Reconfigurable Atomic Lattice Quantum Metamaterial

Abstract

We propose a novel architecture for topologically reconfigurable quantum metamaterial by engineering the response of dense ultracold atoms loaded in an artificial crystal of light. Our atomic lattice quantum metamaterial opens the door for applications at single-photon level with metamaterials.
