Laser Assisted Electron Emission from Free Standing Carbon Nanotube Paper

Abstract

Laser assisted electron emission from a free standing, non-aligned carbon nanotube film is observed with low power (<100 mW) continuous wave (785 nm) laser excitation. An increase in emission current by 330 times is realized.
