The Effect of Orbital Angular Momentum on Nondiffracting Optical Pulses

Abstract

We study the effects of orbital angular momentum on a nondiffracting optical pulse, and show that there exist a limit on the amount of OAM that a pulse can carry without modifying its temporal properties.
