Abstract

We locate single quantum dots with nanoscale accuracy through photoluminescence imaging. This enables nanophotonic device fabrication with engineered light-matter coupling, enabling bright (48±5% extraction efficiency), Purcell-enhanced (≈3), on-demand single-photon emission with >99% purity.
