Plasmonic waveguide array: simulating topological photonic states and massless Dirac Fermion

Abstract

In the binary plasmonic waveguide array (PWA), we experimentally demonstrated a topologically protected optical mode with immunity against structural disorders, and theoretically proposed an optical analogue of massless Dirac Fermion by alternating positive and negative couplings.
