Coherent Control of Correlation Transport between Semiconductor Quantum Wells

Abstract

Terahertz control of semiconductor excitations is analyzed theoretically in a double-quantum-well by theoretical modeling. The results demonstrate that selective transport of electrons, excitons and even pure correlations is realizable in present-day experiments.
