Exciton dynamics in conducting polymer polyaniline using ultrafast spin-polarized spectroscopy

Abstract

The non-equilibrium charge dynamics in conducting polymer polyaniline (PANI) have been barely understood. Utilizing ultrafast spin-resolved spectroscopy, we show that the charge dynamics in PANI is dominated by the excitonic photoresponse.
