Abstract

We investigate terahertz (THz) radiation from 6H- and 4H-SiC photoconductive (PC) antennas excited at 400 and 800 nm wavelengths. We demonstrate that 6H-SiC large aperture PC antennas have the potential to generate sub-MV/cm THz fields.
