Abstract

Post-compression of a coherently combined fiber CPA systems allows obtaining >80 W, sub-30 fs pulses at 600 kHz repetition rate. These pulses are utilized for high harmonic generation in krypton and xenon gas jets. More than 10−6 conversion efficiency is achieved resulting in up to 143 μW average power in H25 at 41 nm. More than 30 μW average power are obtained for all harmonics between H21-H33 (49 nm-31 nm).
