Quasi-phasematched Laser Wakefield Acceleration In a Corrugated Plasma Channel

Not Accessible

Abstract

Plasma wakefields driven by laser pulses can accelerate electrons to relativistic energies. The energy saturates when electrons outrun the wakefield’s accelerating phase. Quasi-phasematching, enabled by corrugated plasma channels, is applied to overcome this limitation.
