Abstract
While the theoretical and experimental understanding of conical refraction/diffraction has increased significantly in recent years due to renewed activity in the field, one area which has remained mostly unexplored is nonlinear conical refraction (CR). Following the pioneering work of Bloembergen and colleagues in the 1960s and 1970s [1–3], the area has been relatively untouched.
