Abstract

Multiplex-Coherent Anti Stokes Raman Scattering (M-CARS) microscopy is of great interest for vibrational imaging of biological cells [1,2] or chemical sample with high sensitivity [3]. In this paper, we present a new broadband laser source for applications in multimodal nonlinear imaging including Second Harmonic Generation (SHG), Sum Frequency Generation (SFG) and M-CARS imaging.
