Abstract
Meanwhile, optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA) systems are routinely used to generate highly intense, few-cycle laser pulses. In this contribution, we present a compact two-stage parametric amplification scheme generating pulses with up to 3 µJ of energy, duration below 6 fs, and high repetition rates between 100 and 500 kHz. Additionally, the pulses are stabilized with respect to their carrier envelope phase (CEP).
