Abstract
Monitoring methylamines in exhaled human breath is of special medical interest, since some hepatic (cirrhosis, hepatitis) and renal (haemodialysis patients) diseases show clear correlation with increased concentrations of those gases, thus providing the possibility of convenient non-invasive diagnostics.
