Abstract
The generation of isolated attosecond pulses represents an exciting frontier in the ultrafast phenomena field, as they represent a unique tool for time resolved excitation and manipulation of superposition of electronic states in atomic or molecules. Complete temporal characterization of such pulses is fundamental for their applications in time resolved experiments.
