Abstract

An active vanadium dioxide Huygens source metasurface offering >85% near-infrared transmittance modulation over the first 10% of the metal-insulator transition is demonstrated. The fabricated vanadium dioxide Huygens source nanoantennas exhibit experimental results similar to the model.
