Using Two-Photon Absorption Pulsed-Laser Excitation to Simulate Radiation Effects in Microelectronics

Abstract

By accurately characterizing and simulating the charge deposited in a device using two-photon absorption, this laser-based approach is used for quantitatively predicting radiation effects induced by heavy-ion excitation.
