Comparison of cavity enhanced Faraday rotation techniques for oxygen detection

Abstract

Two cavity enhanced Faraday rotation spectroscopic techniques are compared by detection of oxygen around 762 nm. Both techniques demonstrate sensitivities in the 10−9 rad/√Hz range and inherent advantages of the two techniques are discussed.
