Abstract

A 3-D ray-tracing model is developed, to model reinjection in Off-Axis Cavity Enhanced Spectroscopy. Modelling and experiments demonstrate, at near-IR laser wavelengths, a 38-times enhancement, corresponding to a NEAS of 1.1 ×10−9 cm−1 Hz−1/2.
