Silica-based Inorganic Microdisk Cavity by the Ink-jet Printing Method

Abstract

We experimentally succeeded fabrication and WGM lasing of inorganic microdisks by the ink-jet printing method. This silica-based microdisk cavity is the first demonstration in ordinary pressure and temperature among inorganic microdisks.
