The influence of the substrate material on the optical properties of tungsten diselendide monolayers

Abstract

Here we present a systematic comparison of optical properties of tungsten-diselenide monolayers on different substrates. While similarities have been found, small differences in emission energy and decay dynamics have been observed depending on the substrate.
