Interferometric time-stretch microscopy for three-dimensional microstructure recognition

Abstract

The key principle and architecture of interferometric time-stretch microscopy are presented in this paper. And the application for three-dimensional microstructure recognition is also demonstrated, achieving a frame rate of 50 MHz.
