Temperature Distribution of Double-Cladding High-Power Thulium-Dope Fiber Amplifier

Abstract

The temperature distributions of double-cladding high-power Thulium-doped fiber amplifier with different inner-cladding shapes are investigated by solving the thermal conductive equation and rate equations. The offset DCF is demonstrated to be a better choice.
