What Is the Microfluidics Doing in Electrowetting Displays?

Abstract

Electrowetting display (EWD) is realized by electrically driven fluidic flow in micro-pixels. The fluidic properties including interfacial tension, viscosity and conductivity have been investigated to understand the dual-phase fluidic behavior in micro-pixels of EWDs.
