Channel-spacing tunable multiwavelength erbium-doped fiber laser based on a microfiber Fabry-Perot filter

Abstract

A tunable multiwavelength fiber laser incorporating a microfiber Fabry-Perot filter with wideband and high extinction ratio is proposed and demonstrated. By adjusting the cavity length of the filter, the channel-spacing can be continuously tuned.
